Produsage Presentation (EME 6414)
This individual project was the culmination of our learnings in Web 2.0 throughout the semester. In a case study, I had to identify learning challenges at my organization and determine solutions utilizing Web 2.0 offerings such as social media and online interactive platforms.
Below are some of the solutions aligned to identified challenges along with renderings of the proposed platforms.

Managing Instructional Design Project (EME 6631)
This group project was completed by five participants in the course, one of whom is involved in artist management and had recently taken on an artist named Raven Ford. This comprehensive project included five deliverables that were combined into a final project plan. One of the tools we used was the One Page Project Manager (OPPM) which enables project managers to create a complete but brief snapshot of their projects to include tasks, objectives, scheduling, budgeting and risk assessment. Below is the OPPM completed for the Raven Ford Instructional Design Project.

Performance Sys Analysis Reflection Paper (EME 6691)
In all classes I have taken with him, Dr. Brooks has required that we write two reflection papers during the semester sharing with him the meaning we ascribe to our learnings. I took Performance Systems Analysis during my first semester in the IS program without realizing there were prerequesites and quickly became concerned that I was in over my head. I reached out to Dr. Brooks and expressed my lack of confidence regarding the Systems orientation and he told me not to worry, that I would get it eventually.
When I allowed myself to relax and simply absorb the materials and learn from my group teammates, I discovered that the Systems school of thought already came naturally to me, I just expressed it differently. This paper reflects that "A-ha!" moment I desperately needed in order to feel confident as a distance learning graduate student in this program.

Theories of Social Psychology (SYP 5105)
Our course project was to complete a literature review of some phenomenon related to our Social Psychology learnings. I focused on prosocial behaviors and the effects they have not only on the recipient/benefactor, but also on the person performing the behaviors. This culminated in a paper, a presentation and handouts supporting our presentation. Below are the handouts I offered my peers.
